What to expect?
All 45 minute classes work on a full body approach with low/no impact cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. Every session is designed for you to work at your own pace and ability. Classes are relaxed and friendly and offer a social element as well as a workout.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sam. She is a lovely, lively, friendly person and truly passionate about what she does. I have always been very fit but after a serious car accident a few years back I had to start again from scratch, which was damaging not only physically but also mentally. Sam was incredibly supportive and tailored workouts to suit my body's capabilities. Thanks to her help I have not only been able to return to my previous full training regime but my fitness levels are also substantially higher than before the injury. If you want a PT who is knowledgeable, supportive and truly cares about your fitness journey Sam is your lady!
