Whether you're a regular gym goer, someone recovering from injury, older, younger or someone who has never even thought about fitness before, let me help you to find out how fitness fits into YOUR life.
I run 1-1 and group sessions, outdoors or indoors - tell me how you want to train and we will design a regime just for you.
Sessions are £35 an hour, and discounts are available for bookings of 6 sessions or more.
